**Upon Receipt of a Valid DMCA Notice:**
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, "Movies House" will take prompt action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also make reasonable efforts to notify the individual who posted the content, providing them an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
**Counter-Notification:**
